Epping
The 80s-style awning and fixed windows were in need of a thermal upgrade. The clients' goal was to improve the thermal efficiency of their home. We used Glassworks Optitherm, which has a U-value of 1.38, to achieve this. Additionally, the window near the front door received an aesthetic upgrade to satin-etch privacy glass.
Rosanna
The client's main concern was road noise. We selected LightBridge Next as the solution and replaced a total of 18 windows. We also sealed the gaps extensively with acoustic sealant to further noise-proof the windows. Additionally, we undertook extensive frame repairs for a number of windows. The end result was fantastic and the windows are now ready for painting!
North Melbourne
The client's main goal was to improve thermal performance and privacy. The solution was LightBridge with acid-etched frosting. With just one frame and six windows, this cottage home's facade is now ready for the next 100 years.
